Tom Bussone and Michelle Simons of the Residential Conveyancing Committee confer prior to a state-wide Teleconference on House Bill 904, the “TAVMA Legislation.” The Teleconference kicks off six meetings and teleconferences across the state to alert lawyers to House Bill 904 which would permit corporations—instead of lawyers-- to handle residential and commercial real estate closings. The meetings and teleconferences are sponsored by First American Title and open to all interested lawyers –REBA members and non-members are welcome to participate. First American agents as well as non-agents are also welcome to participate. For more information contact Joyce Fiocca Bold, Regional Marketing Director at First American at [email protected].
