Case Submission and Administration include timely scheduling of conferences to meet the needs of both parties. A REBA professional provides extensive assistance in selecting the most appropriate ADR process and ADR professional with expertise to best fit clients' needs for the dispute at hand. Fees for professional services are charged on an hourly basis. Because far fewer hours are expended in ADR procedures, total fees are significantly less than those typically incurred in the traditional adversarial process.
