Kehoe's practice emphasizes real estate and finance law and
the representation of national and local developers and lenders
in the acquisition, financing and development of a variety of
projects including condominium construction and conversion,
residential subdivisions and shopping centers. He has represented
a national developer of assisted living projects in site acquisition,
financing, marketing and unit sales. Mr. Kehoe has been involved
in multiunit housing projects by developers and large-scale
condominium projects from acquisition through documentation
and unit sales.
Mr.
Kehoe's practice also includes the analysis and resolution
of complex title issues. He is a title insurance agent for
seven national title insurers. He is a member of the American
land Title Assocaition (ALTA), the Real Estate Finance Assocation
(REFA) and the real estate sections of the American Bar Association
(ABA), the Boston Bar Assocation (BBA) and the Massachusetts
Bar Assocation (MBA).
He
received his BA, cum laude, from St Anselm College and his
JD from Boston College Law School.

Keshian, a shareholder in the Arlington law firm of Keshian
& Reynolds, PC, is a graduate of Boston University and Boston
University Law School. He is also a member of the American Bar
Association (ABA). He is a former president of the Massachusetts
Association of Bank Counsel, Inc. (MABC), and a former member
of the MBA Property Law section Council. He has served as an
arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and as chairman
of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Arlington. For
many years he chaired REBA's Title Standard's Committee. He
is a retired major in the US Marine Corps and the US Marine
Corps Reserve. He is a frequent continuing legal education lecturer
with REBA, BBA, MABC and MCLE.

Bob received his undergraduate degree from Boston College in
1972 and his law degree from the University of Connecticut School
of Law in 1975. He concentrates in commercial and residential

He
served on REBA's Title Standards Committee from 1984 thorough
2003, serving as chair from 1998 through 2003.
From 1984 to 1993 he was a member of the Town of Topsfield
Planning Board, serving as chair from 1988 through 1993. He
presently serves as chair of the Town of Topsfield Zoning
Board of Appeals.
