Mission Statement

For over 150 years, the mission has been to advance the practice of real estate law by creating and sponsoring professional standards, actively participating in the legislative process, creating educational programs and material, and demonstrating and promoting fair dealing and good fellowship among members of the real estate bar.

Mentoring Statement

To promote the improvement of the practice of conveyancing, the mentoring of fellow practitioners is the continuing professional responsibility of all REBA members. The officers, directors and committee members are available to respond to membership inquiries relative to the Association's Title Standards, Practice Standards, Ethical Standards and Forms with the understanding that advice to Association members is not, of course, a legal opinion.

Endorsement Statement

While REBA accepts advertising in its publications and educational offerings, it endorses no products or services.
